By submitting any information of any nature, including text and images, (“Submission”) to The ANGELS ON TRACK® Foundation (“Foundation”), you grant the Foundation a non-exclusive, unrestricted, unconditional, unlimited, sublicensable, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, and royalty-free right and license to use, copy, record, reproduce, distribute copies, disclose, perform, publicly display, transmit, publish, broadcast, modify, adapt, prepare derivative works, and otherwise use the Submission for any purpose, commercial or otherwise, in any medium without providing compensation to you or any other person, without any liability to you or any other person, and without any obligation of confidence or other duties on the part of the Foundation, its affiliates, and their respective licensees.
The Foundation does not verify any information contained within or regarding the Submission. The Foundation does not take any responsibility, does not expressly or implicitly endorse, and does not assume any liability for any Submission.
